Just some of the Vikings lived in towns. Most of the Vikings lived in
the country in longhouses. The lonhousewas basicly one large room,
seperated with curtains to make private. The wals of the longhouse
were made from wood, and the roof was made out of turf.Viking homes

Erik the Red was born in Norway in 950 a.d and he died in 1000 a.d. EriK the Red
was a viking of Norway and he was thefirst person to discover a settlement in
Greenland. He was nicknamed for the color of his hair (head, beard), Erik was
banished from his kingdom around 982a.d for killing two men....
